This stunning renovation project showcases the transformation of a neglected property, purchased at auction and brought back to life through a careful and considered restoration. Every element of the build reflects a focus on quality, with premium materials and a keen eye for detail throughout. What was once a rundown and neglected property purchased at auction has now been beautifully transformed into a striking, character-filled home.

The project features a combination of Roseview box sash windows, which were chosen for their authentic period appearance and smooth operation, and aluminium sliding doors and windows, offering a more minimal, modern aesthetic.
All windows and doors were finished in a custom Matt Black, adding a bold yet elegant contrast against the restored facade and interiors. This finish resulted in a stylish and contemporary edge, helping to tie the old and new elements together with subtle sophistication.
